Academic Visitors:  Do give as much notice of impending visitors as possible.    If you have visitors (seminar speakers, collaborators etc) please speak to Admin Staff who will be able to advise on accommodation, office space, IT, library facilities  and  access to the building. 

Admin staff will always try to find office space for visitors (normally shared).  Desk space for visiting PhD students  cannot be guaranteed but we can provide a University account and access cards.

Visiting Students:  Members of the Department agreeing to host students in Cambridge for a period of study must speak with Sally Baume, Internships Coordinator  before making arrangements for students to arrive.  Information about the process can be found here with information for International Students on immigration matters can be  found here
