The property market in Cambridge moves quickly, and, as with other University towns, expensive and can be difficult to find. There is little point in looking more than a few months in advance, as most private accommodation will be available either immediately or within 3-4 weeks. It's difficult to find self-contained accommodation for less than 6 months.
