Financial Regulations 27.1 requires each Head of Department to ensure that procedures are in place to regulate the presence of visitors to their respective Department, including the signature of visitor agreements as necessary.

A Visitor's Agreement is required for anyone not employed by the University of Cambridge  visiting the department  for over one week in duration.   Fellows of Colleges working  in the department are also required to  sign an Agreement.  The implementation of Visitor's Agreements is University policy and the department  and our process can be subjected to audit.
