(There are 16 lectures in all - so, assuming I do not have to postpone a lecture,
the last lecture will be on Friday, 13 February.)

supplementary/revision examples)

I gave this course several years ago: for those who would find them useful,
the notes for that course are here.
I expect to follow these reasonably closely but there may be deviations from time to time.
(In particular, the last 3 pages of those notes cover very interesting material which is
not in the official schedule; depending on time, I may omit it or replace with something
different but equally interesting.)
