Roger Needham

Roger Needham (no relation) was head of the Computer Lab in Cambridge for many years. Latterly he was director of Microsoft Cambridge, a research centre out on wolds west of Cambridge. He came out with this gem when Microsoft Cambridge was having an audit visit from the Men In Black from headquarters in America. They were very PC these Men in Black and they didn't quite know how to react.
