About me

Hello! My name is Hanneke Wiersema and I am currently an EPSRC Postdoctoral Fellow working in the Department of Pure Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Cambridge. From October 2021 until September 2022 I was a Herchel Smith Postdoctoral Research Fellow, also at Cambridge. I am currently a Bye Fellow at Murray Edwards College. Prior to this I was a PhD student at the London School of Number and Geometry.
My research is in algebraic number theory and I work mainly on generalisations of Serre conjectures, and more generally, mod p Langlands correspondences. My other research interests include the arithmetic of elliptic curves, in particular special L-values of elliptic curves twisted by Artin representations.
My e-mail address is hw600 at cam dot ac dot uk. CV available on request.
