Practical info:
  • Map of Chulalongkorn University -- the hotel is building 32 and the conference venue building 62.
  • Travel from Suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel (Sasa International House): if you arrive after midnight you need to take a taxi, otherwise you can take the airport link (train) to Phaya-Thai station; next you can take a taxi to the hotel or take the skytrain (BTS) to Siam station and then take a taxi or just walk which takes around 10-15 minutes.
  • Print this map of the hotel to show to taxi drivers.
  • Dress code: wear "office dress" around the conference venue (suit and tie are not necessary).
  • Food: There are many restaurants and a food court in the MBK centre (ask the information desk). There are also many restaurants in Siam Square and the shopping centres nearby, eg Siam Paragon.
