The lectures will take place in the Centre for Mathematical Sciences.

On Monday evening there will be a Reception in Nevile's Court, Trinity College, between 6pm and 8pm.

There are no trips or excursions planned for Tuesday afternoon; customary diversions are to wander round the colleges or to go punting.

On Tuesday evening at 8.30pm in the OCR, Lindesay Dixon will give a short piano recital of works by Field, Chopin and Liszt, accompanied by wine.

The banquet will be held in the Hall of Trinity College at 7.30pm on Wednesday. It will feature traditional college hospitality, including several courses and wines. Formal dress is welcomed when practicable but it is not at all necessary.

On Thursday evening, Cambridge University Press will hold a reception at 6.30pm in their shop on Trinity Street.
