Vacation processing of email

The traditional vacation command sets up vacation mail processing, and allows you to edit a message to be sent to your correspondents explaining that you are away, and when you are likely to be able to reply.

The DPMMS email system simplifies this, so that you only need to create the message file ~/.vacation.msg to enable vacation processing, and remove or rename this file to disable vacation processing. There is no need for your ~/.forward file to

change when vacation processing is enabled.
